About

Fundación Comunitaria de Puerto Rico (Puerto Rico Community Foundation) a local 1101 and 501c3 philanthropic institution with a 35-year-old trajectory, will recognize  35 Community Hope Builders. Leaders that have led consistent and steady transformational processes in their communities.

Our goal is to provide each leader with a $1,000*, aside from the public recognition of their trajectory. We invite you to support with your contribution and to participate in a virtual ceremony to take place in October, so you’ll know exactly who will be supported with your contribution. Learn more about this and the previous edition of this event: Galardón Rafael y Celestina Cordero (only Spanish for now).

FCPR is governed by Section 1101.1 of the Puerto Rico Internal Revenue Code and Section 501 (c) (3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code, which allows donors to receive local and federal tax credits.
