Mentes Puertorriqueñas en Acción (MPA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit lead by active young adults immersed in civic initiatives for social change in Puerto Rico. Our mission is to empower a network of young Agents of Change who generate inclusive and effective change for Puerto Rico.
