About

Comida Limpia de Puerto Rico was started by Celeste and Chris from Finca Brutal as a means to promote the production of clean food and regenerative agriculture principals.  The organization hosts a weekly online farmers market, currently with eight other producers of clean healthy food:

Alboroza:  pasture raised dairy products, cheeses and yogurts
Artezuma Panes Artesanales:  artisanal sourdough breads, pizza dough and pastries
Como Coco:  producer of coconut milk, water and other coco products
Finca Brutal:  producer of premium pasture raised meats, eggs and organically grown vegetables
Finca Lugos: producer of organically grown tropical fruits
Finca Montaña: producer of organically grown cacao products, bars, nibs, hot cocoa, etc
NAJU KOMBUCHA / FINCA AQUAVERDE: producer of kombucha, micro greens and hydroponically grown vegetables.
Nueva Cosecha: producer of fruit juices, sauces, and organically grown root vegetables.

We support our current market vendors by hosting the weekly market,  website,  and coordination of the drop off in Rincon and Moca.  We also provide consultation and coaching services to ensure that the products produced for the market are clean and nutrient dense.

In addition to supporting our current market vendors we also provide consulting services to other producers that wish to transition to organic and regenerative production methods.

Contributions to our community are used to help producers increase their production and to assist with offsetting costs of clean production methods.
