About
The local chapter the Steinway Society hosts the San Juan International Piano Festival, The Annual Hobson Festival as well as master classes, concert series and other music events. The Cannon Club has the sole purpose of supporting the activities of the Steinway Society, which in turn supports the foundation. The Steinway Society of Puerto Rico in collaboration with the Puerto Rico Charitable Trust for the Education of Young Musicians, funds young talent. Our mission is to provide a forum for young musicians through multiple performance experiences. This is a 501C3, tax exempt organization for aspiring musicians and their mentors. The work Jan D'Esopo and her associates have already done in the Cannon Club and the Steinway Society has made a real difference in the progress of many young students. |
